Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) 30 Days Product/Service Refund Policy

We provide a 30 Day refund Policy on Shared and WordPress Hosting packages with the following conditions:

  1. Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don't qualify or multiple signups).
  2. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
  3. Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
  4. Existing customers are not eligible to get a refund. Only the 30 Days Refund Policy works for new account signup.
  5. If you already have a product and order a new product then no refund policy works — only a 10 day credit-back guarantee in the Wallet of TextraHost.
  6. No refund policy for: installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer, Addons (Dedicated IP), Hosting Renewals, Domain names and licenses or custom software installs.
  7. No refund will be made if our team does not find any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
  8. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Abuse, Inappropriate, Illegal, Immoral, Malware, Phishing, Spamming related issues, Account Over-use) or terminated.
  9. There will be no refunds if the customer requested migration of service from other servers, as it involves admin work to perform the migration task.
  10. To get a refund the customer should create a cancellation request from the client area and open a ticket. The refund will be processed in 7–10 working days to your original payment method, or by asking for the bank details from our end.
  11. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
  12. Refund will not be available on purchases from credit balance.
  13. Refund is not applicable on old accounts or renewal invoices.
  14. Refund is not applicable on accounts older than 30 days.
  15. If you make a duplicate account to participate in the 30 Days Refund policy, we have full rights to Ban/Terminate your account or ask for Govt. ID verification.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Request: To cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
  2. Renewals: If you do not wish to renew your service, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to your renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of your service for the same term length.
  3. Account Access: Upon cancellation, your account and data will be removed from our servers within 24–48 hours. It is your responsibility to back up any data you wish to keep before the cancellation takes effect.
  4. Domain Names: Domain name registrations and transfers are non-refundable. If you cancel your service, you may choose to transfer your domain name to another registrar or allow it to expire.
