This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited activities on TextraHost infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating open mail relays, or using our infrastructure for email campaigns without confirmed opt-in lists.
Launching distributed denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, packet flooding, or any attack against third-party systems or networks.
Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, phishing pages, or exploit kits of any kind.
Storing or distributing content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.
Using our infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining or any activity designed to consume excessive CPU resources to the detriment of other customers.
Hosting pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts not owned by you. This includes password cracking, vulnerability scanning without permission, and social engineering attacks.
Operating websites or services designed to deceive users into providing sensitive information, credit card numbers, or account credentials.
Content promoting, inciting, or facilitating terrorism, violence, or hate crimes based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. TextraHost reserves the right to report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Abuse can be reported to abuse@textrahost.in.
